I went to the Aquatennial Fireworks for the third year in a row. Most of the viewers head out to the Stone Arch Bridge to watch the show. My friends and I went to the middle of the bridge barely making it in time. As usual, I used slash techniques to use the fireworks as a way of drawing and painting with light. Sometimes, the way that the color diffuses, it reminds me of water color. I've also tried to use these techniques to write and draw. The first year, I simply moved the camera. The second year, I started to change the focus and the focal length mostly independently. This year, I concentrated on changing both focus and focal length at the same time.
